We recognize that many of our customers would like to purchase one or two products found on our website. Due to the high number of inquires our customer service department receives in a day we had to adopt a minimum ordering policy.
Current Order Minimum: $20.00 - Shipping is NOT Included in the order minimum. If your order doesn’t meet our minimum your order will not be processed or shipped.

Shipping
All orders will ship using FedEx Ground Service. If you require Express Service for your order, please contact us for a faster shipping method. Orders from Hawaii and Alaska will be processed using actual weight and zip code information for shipping (Pricing may be different than that reflected in the shopping cart).
Payment Method
Your order will be processed using Google Checkout. All transactions are safe using SSL encryption. You don’t need to have a Google account to purchase from our website but if you already have a Google account, you will have a chance to login during checkout.

Sales Tax
The amount of sales tax charged to an order varies depending on the state the item(s) will be shipped to and local sales tax laws. You will be able to see the sales tax amount before submitting your order. Current Virginia sales tax: 5%
Entering Data
Our website has been optimized to quickly and easily process your order data that is sent to our warehouse and customer service center. To help us process and ship your order in a timely manner we ask that you review your information for any errors.
Please use upper and lowercase letters for proper names and city locations for your "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses.
International Shipping
At present, we are only able to ship to the United States and U.S. Territories, but we are working hard to include international ordering and shipping in the future.
At this time we do not ship to Canada.
